01 Capture

Record the Flow Once

Open Proovyt Capture on the tab you want and use your product as normal. Each click lands in the editor as a step, with a hotspot already on what you clicked.

  1. Start recording

    Open Proovyt Capture on the tab you want to record and press Start recording.

  2. Click through

    Use your product as normal. Each click takes a screenshot and marks where you clicked.

  3. Stop

    Press Stop and create demo when the flow is done.

  4. Edit

    The editor opens on a new demo, one step per click, with a hotspot on each click.

05 Measure

See Where Viewers Stop

Every hosted link and embed reports how many people watched, how many reached the end and which step lost them. Fix that step, republish, and the link stays the same.

Views on every plan, Free included. Unique viewers, completion and drop-off on Creator, Pro and Team.

    Views, unique viewers, completion rate and drop-off by step, for hosted links and embeds.

  • No cookies

    Hosted pages and embeds set no cookies.

  • No addresses kept

    Analytics store no IP addresses. Unique viewers come from a hash that changes every day.

  • Anonymous by default

    Viewers stay anonymous unless they send a lead form, which only Pro and Team demos can show. Then the demo's owner sees the details they sent and how far they got.

  • Bots

    Known bots are filtered out of the counts.

06 Teams

Admins Run It. Members Make Demos

Team is priced per seat, from 2 seats, at $49 per seat a month billed annually or $59 per seat monthly. Everyone in the workspace takes a seat, admins included.

  • Roles

    One owner, who holds the billing, any number of admins and members, up to the seats bought.

  • Invites

    By email, within the seats bought. Everyone takes a seat, admins included, and so does each open invite.
