Proovyt relies on a small set of third parties to run the service. These are the ones that may process personal data, including the customer personal data we process for customers under our Data Processing Addendum. The location shown is where each one mainly processes that data. Transfers between locations are covered by section 11 of the addendum and section 11 of our Privacy Policy.

Amazon Web Services hosts the service as a whole. The application, the database and stored files are in the Singapore region. Amazon Cognito and Amazon SES run in the US East region, which is why sign-in identities and service email are processed in the United States.
02Not Yet in Use
These providers are built into the service but switched off. We list them now so you have notice before they process any personal data. Each will start only after the notice period in section 7 of the Data Processing Addendum, counted from the date shown above.

03Services We Run Ourselves
ProfytAI Pte. Ltd. also runs a shared access control service that decides who may reach which workspace and demo. It runs in our own Amazon Web Services environment in Singapore and is operated by ProfytAI Pte. Ltd. itself, so it is not a subprocessor. It holds only identifiers and the relationships between them, such as which account belongs to which workspace. It holds no names, email addresses, screenshots or lead form data.
This website and the Proovyt application use no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking services, and Proovyt has no generative AI features, so no provider of that kind appears on this page.
04Changes and Objections
We will give at least 30 days’ notice before a new or replacement subprocessor processes customer personal data. We update this page and its date, and we email the workspace admin of every workspace.
You may object to a new subprocessor on reasonable data protection grounds within those 30 days, by writing to us through our contact page. If we cannot address the objection, you may end the affected subscription before the change takes effect, with a refund of the prepaid fees for its unused term, as section 7.3 of the Data Processing Addendum sets out.
