Affiliate Program Terms

By joining the program and using its referral tools, you accept these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account and payout details. You act independently and cannot make commitments on our behalf. Participation does not guarantee traffic, sales or earnings.

Only genuine paid purchases attributed to your referral qualify. Clicks, free accounts, unpaid trials, failed payments and purchases with no amount paid earn no commission. Recurring commissions require further eligible payments within the same 12-month period. A later renewal does not restart that period.

The referral cookie lasts 30 days. Use the referral link provided in your portal. Attribution follows the program’s last-touch tracking settings. Consent choices, blocked tracking, other referral links or a different device can affect attribution. A visit alone does not guarantee a commission. Contact us with evidence if a genuine referral appears to be missing.

Self-referrals, fabricated customers, duplicate claims and manipulated tracking are not eligible. The portal records qualifying payments and commissions. Any different offer must be expressly agreed by us and recorded for your account before it applies.

Commissions have a 30-day hold before approval. Payments follow a monthly schedule with a minimum approved balance of US$50. Balances below the minimum carry forward. The hold is an approval delay, not a promise of a bank transfer exactly 30 days after a purchase.

You must supply valid details for an available payout method and any information reasonably required to process payment. Available methods are shown in the portal. You are responsible for taxes on your affiliate income. Required withholding will be applied where applicable.

Refunded, reversed, disputed or fraudulent purchases can have their related commission reduced, withheld or reversed. A reversal after payment may be offset against future commissions. We will investigate genuine discrepancies reported through our contact form.

Describe Proovyt accurately and make only claims you can support. Do not invent personal experience, reviews, customer results, discounts or product capabilities. Follow applicable advertising, privacy and anti-spam requirements and the rules of each platform you use.

Clearly disclose your commission relationship close to every recommendation or referral link. For example: “I earn a commission if you purchase Proovyt through this link.” Make the disclosure easy to notice and understand in the language of your promotion. For video, include it in the video itself rather than relying only on its description. A disclosure hidden in a profile, general terms page or collapsed text is not sufficient.

• No spam, impersonation, fake endorsements or misleading advertising.
• No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, unauthorized tracking or interference with another partner’s attribution.
• No use of Proovyt or ProfytAI branding in domains or accounts that imply you are the company.
• Get our written permission before bidding on Proovyt or ProfytAI brand names in paid search.

We may review promotions and require corrections or removal of misleading or noncompliant material.

You may use the materials supplied in Success Hub to promote Proovyt while participating in the program, subject to their usage instructions. We retain ownership of our names, logos and materials. Do not imply that we endorse unrelated products or guarantee your earnings.

Use any referral information available to you only to administer your participation. Do not sell it, use it for unrelated marketing or collect customer passwords or payment details. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including referral tracking.

Either party may end participation by notice. We may suspend participation to investigate abuse, fraud or a material breach. Stop using program referral tools and brand materials when participation ends. Legitimately earned commissions remain subject to the payment and refund rules above. Termination does not extend a customer’s 12-month commission period.

We will notify partners through the portal or their account email before changes to commercial terms take effect. Changes apply prospectively and do not erase commissions already legitimately earned. Unless separately agreed, changes to the rate or duration apply to new referred customers after the effective date, not to an existing customer’s original commission period.

Our Terms of Service govern use of the product. These affiliate terms govern the referral relationship. Affonso provides program administration and tracking, while ProfytAI Pte. Ltd. operates the program and is responsible for its commercial terms.
