Proovyt stays on click-through demos you can fix after capture. Arcade's Page Morph edits text before you record, on Growth. Editing after recording is Enterprise only and only on HTML-captured steps. Proovyt edits the screenshot after capture on every plan.
For one person, Arcade Growth is $42.50 a seat billed annually against Proovyt Creator at $35. Five Arcade Growth seats cost $212.50, which is less than Proovyt Team at $245, but Arcade Growth has no HTML capture.

Proovyt Capture, the Chrome extension, records a click-through on the tab you choose. Each click becomes a step with a hotspot and a callout, and one recording holds up to 200 steps. Screenshots you already have work too. Drop, paste or pick image files and each one becomes a step.
On Pro and Team the extension can also record the page itself next to each screenshot. This is HTML capture, in beta. Typed text is never captured. Video capture is not available yet.
Arcade
Arcade captures through a browser extension, a desktop app for multi-app flows, a Figma plugin and a camera. It is screenshot-based by default, and HTML capture is Enterprise only.

Editing
Proovyt
Proovyt puts an edit layer on top of each screenshot. Blur, replace text, change a number, add a label or a highlight, on every plan including Free. Every edit can be undone, and blur is baked into the pixels when you publish or export.
On HTML capture steps, in beta, you can also replace, hide or blur any element's text. AI edits are not available yet.
Arcade
Page Morph edits any visible text or element on a page before recording, on Growth. Post-record HTML editing is Enterprise only, on HTML-captured steps. We found no docs for adding blank screens or changing layout.

Branding
Proovyt
The brand kit, from Creator at $35 a month, holds your logos, colors and fonts. Every demo linked to the kit picks up a change, published and embedded ones included, with nothing to republish.
Every demo opens with an intro card and closes with an end card whose buttons send the viewer somewhere next. Free demos carry a small Made with Proovyt badge, and every paid plan removes it. Custom domains are not available yet and are coming to Pro.
Arcade
Arcade Free is watermarked and removal is not available on Free. Growth removes the watermark. Custom domains are on Enterprise, and the brand kit pulls logos, colors and fonts for its AI video.
Proovyt Free carries a small badge, and Creator at $35 removes it and adds the brand kit.

Sharing
Proovyt
Share a hosted link, paste an embed, or download one self-contained HTML file that plays in any browser, from Creator. Republishing keeps the link, and publishing copies only the screenshots the demo uses, with blur baked in.
Pro, at $79 a month, adds password-protected links, expiring links and lead capture. Branching and CRM integrations are not available yet.
Arcade
Growth includes CTAs, forms, branching and translations. Enterprise adds SSO, custom domains, native Salesforce and version history.
Arcade branches on Growth and connects to Salesforce on Enterprise. Proovyt gives you an owned HTML file from Creator and lead capture on Pro.

Analytics and Privacy
Proovyt
Every plan shows view counts. From Creator you also see unique viewers, completion rate and drop-off by step, for hosted links and embeds. Pro adds per-viewer analytics with CSV export.
Hosted pages and embeds set no cookies, and analytics store no IP addresses.
Arcade
We could not confirm Arcade's analytics detail by plan, so this page makes no claim about it.

Every Proovyt price is public. Free, then Creator at $35 a month billed annually, Pro at $79, and Team at $49 per seat from 2 seats. Self-serve checkout sells up to 100 seats.
You pay by card through Stripe, and upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the billing page with no call to book. Annual plans change at renewal.
Arcade
Arcade lists Free (1 demo and 1 video, watermarked), Growth at $42.50 a seat billed annually or $50 monthly, and a custom Enterprise plan. AI video uses credits, 50 credits per 30 seconds, while demos are credit-free.
Arcade is cheaper for a group without HTML capture. Proovyt is cheaper for one person and includes HTML capture, in beta, from $79.
