  • Blur names, prices and account numbers. Blur and Solid are drawn into the image when you publish, so partners never get the original.

  • Republishing after a release keeps the link, so last month's packet shows this month's screens.

What Proovyt Does Not Do Yet

These are not in Proovyt today, on any plan. Here is what happens instead.

  • Single sign-on

    Everyone signs in with an email and password, with optional two-factor codes from an authenticator app. There is no SSO yet.

  • Sandbox demos

    There is no cloned copy of your app for viewers to explore on their own.

  • CRM integrations

    Nothing syncs viewers or demo activity to a CRM.

  • Custom domains

    Hosted links use Proovyt's address. Custom domains are coming to Pro.

FAQ

Channel and Partner Enablement Questions

Do partners need an account to open a demo?

No. A hosted link opens in the browser, with nothing to install and no sign-in.

Does the demo connect to the system we recorded?

No. A demo is made of the captured screens with your edits drawn in. Nothing in it connects to the tool or the account you recorded from.

Can a distributor put the demo on their own website?

Yes. Embed the hosted demo on any site with the embed code. On Creator, Pro and Team you can also export one HTML file the partner hosts themselves.

How do we know which partners watched?

Add a lead form. It asks for a name, an email and a company, and the demo's owner sees how far each viewer who sent it got. Viewers who do not send the form stay anonymous. The form is not access control, so use a password for that.

Can we keep a demo private until launch day?

Yes. On Pro and Team you can set a password and an expiry date, both before the first publish, so the demo is never public.

Can I start free?

Yes. The Free plan has 1 creator, 3 published demos, every editing tool and basic view counts. Published demos carry a small Made with Proovyt badge until you move to a paid plan.
