Worth knowing. HTML capture and editing after capture are Enterprise only.

5. Guideflow

• Growth at $499 a month billed annually for 10 seats, with HTML capture.

Worth knowing. The jump from Solo to Growth is a 10 seat plan.

6. HowdyGo

Team options on 6 October 2026. Starter at $159 a month with unlimited users and HTML demos. Pro at $399 a month adds analytics, CRM integrations, custom domain and offline demos.

Worth knowing. Starter has no analytics. There is no free plan, only a 14-day trial.

How to Price Your Team

1. Count the people who will make demos. Viewers never need a seat.
2. List the features you need on day one. Protected links, lead forms, HTML capture and analytics often sit on different plans.
3. Multiply. Per-seat rate times people, or the bundle price if your count is under the bundle.

Setting up a Team Workspace

Getting a small team working in Proovyt takes a few steps.

1. Buy the seats. Choose Team, pick the number of seats, enter your email and pay. There is no account to create first.
2. Set a password. We email a link to the address you paid with. It lasts seven days and works once.
3. Invite people. Admins invite members by email, within the seats bought.
4. Decide who makes demos. Turn member demo creation on or off.
5. Set defaults. Admins set the accent, frame width and autoplay for new demos.
6. Set up the brand kit. Logos, colors and fonts, once, for every demo linked to it.

Someone who belongs to more than one workspace switches between them from the workspace menu. Members never see billing.

Sharing Work Inside the Team

• A member can share a demo they own with a teammate, and take that access back.
